We had no real issues all year with Railton-Meeks (apart from trying to get a new toaster!) during our tenancy. They handled all of our issues with faulty appliances in a timely manner. In particular Rachel is always available if we ever have any issues. The Communication is great. Professional and friendly. Any issues have been dealt with very quickly. I’ve had a few issues that they have fixed quickly and their communication with me has been good, they always let me have warning when maintenance is scheduled.
