A big shout out to Greg from the Bury St. Edmunds branch of Manchetts! He was my knight in shining armour in a cowboy hat! I recently broke down on the A11 on my way home from Cambridge to Mulbarton, and once Greg arrived I knew I was in good hands. He was absolutely brilliant. Kind, friendly and reassuring, but also professional and quick to sort things out. I soon felt less distressed about the whole situation. I needed my car towing home so that meant a ride in the truck! It was great chatting with Greg and I felt very safe. A top bloke! I would not hesitate to use your services again and I highly recommend Manchetts. Thanks so much for your assistance when I needed it.

Manchetts came to our rescue on a dark and miserable Saturday night after hitting a deep pot hole on the A1101 near Littleport. They arrived on time and the technician who arrived first (unsure of your name) was very professional and arranged our recovery quickly. Micheal recovered our car and got us home safely, thank you for all you do ?

Unbeleivable service broke down on friends motorcycle .mechanic arrived.his knowledge and passion to want to fix the problem was above and beyond normallity.i felt it wasn.t just another job it was a challange after an hr he.d found & fixed the blown fuse hidden behind lots of fairing that he carefully removed and replaced with great care. Then replaced 2 blown bulbs.this was in cold miserable conditions i was soon on my way..may god bless this man..a 100% privilage to have met him and a massive atribute to his company
