Came here five minutes before closing in a bit of a rush, although knowing I would make it in time before they closed. Drove the mile and half just to find they’ve closed early. Similar reviews on their page saying they’ve closed as early as 15 minutes before official closing time! I wonder if their head office knows this is common practice? Thankfully I had time to drive to Coop round the corner who actually closes when they say they will! Welcome to the village Asda, although no one wanted you and the service you seem to deliver has garnered you a sub 3* rating in less than 3 months! If I was managing this shop I would be very concerned!

Popped in on the 30th Nov and was greeted by one of the employees putting the baskets away and with a big smile said hello, what more can you ask for, great staff! Some fridge shelves were a bit spare but imagine stock is still be added as recently opened.

When I came in (4 ish) there were cages blocking every aisle. Some staff unpacking cages seemed annoyed (facial expressions and body language) that I had come in to shop at that time and made me feel like I was in their way.

Arrived at 9:45 to find out that staff had already closed and when i went to the door and saw a member of staff standing in the shop he soon left and went out back no note on door to say why shut early as they have done that before. Very disappointed! This is not the first tome they have shut early with no explanation either. If you shut at 10 then shut at 10 not before!!!!!

Please sort your alarm out. I’ve reported it more than a handful of times and it’s still going off. It’s highly distressing.
