Excellent!! Helpful staff, they have always been friendly and kind and are very knowledgeable when/if you ask any questions either over the phone or via messaging on the app. I have always found them to be a fast and reliable service.

Some of these comments saying they steal your money are not true at all. The savings you have along side your loan/s are held until your loan/s are paid off. Then you have full access to it. It is held to help you in the long term, as at the end of the loan term, you get your savings back which gives you boost of money. I found this out myself by asking the team who were quick to give me advice.

I have no issues in recommending NCB to anyone. Thank you Northumberland community bank and their staff.

Applied for loan and have not had the decency to confirm if Loan has been accepted or not . Although quick to take the £2.75 admin fee , and £5 to set up a savings account. Would have expected much better customer service than received so far
