I went there before and got a really good rate.
However today was completely ripped off, Was told the rate is bad because no one takes old dollar bills, which made me believe him, also completely didn’t realise he didn’t give me a check. After I already deposited money to my bank I went to check another place in the area and they were offering £270 more! They also told me that €20 bills go at a lower rate, which I was suspicious about but foolishly still exchanged money and in the end also lost a lot of money… .
Please don’t be as foolish as I was.

Highly recommended. Super professional and friendly...much higher standard of service than most money transfer businesses. I really like that they have a customer visible computer display showing the recipient name and exchange rate etc before going ahead with the transaction. Mr. Brown and 2 other staff persons have handled my transactions with courtesy and kindness in all 3 occasions so far.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in any place of business. The sole member of staff was incredibly rude to me. After I presented my query to him, he preceded to ignore me, question and sidestep my request, answer his mobile phone and then finally laugh off my request as if I was an idiot. I think his exact words were "what benefit is this to me". This process took nearly 10 minutes, when he could have just said he didn't want to deal with my request when I walked in. His name was Hal Brown. Thinking over it again, it was the worst experience I've ever had as a customer.

Don't be too quick to judge the members of staff here. Mr Hal Brown is one of the loveliest and friendliest people i have ever met. The two ladies are very welcoming and helpful. I did witness an incident at the shop where a customer was unhappy that they could not exchange his currency and kicked up a fuss infront of ofher customers and was extremely rude to the members of staff. At this point the customer was asked to leave and because of this he started threatening the staff and was forced to leave once customer realised he were not going to get his way. The staff handled this prpfessionally and still maintained their friendly selves to the other customers even after this incident. I will continue to go to happy money.

Gave 150€ and they gave me 115£, so ripped me off by about 20£...Should have checked right away, but since the cashier fake counted in front of me, I trusted him. Can definitely not recommend these crooks!

Opening hours on the door identified it was open until 6pm on Sunday. It was closed at 445pm. Left 2 stars as previously had ok rates

Went especially to Camden Town for exchanging money at 10:35am, the shop wasn't open despite opening times suggesting shop opens at 10am. Don't know about the service.
