Terrible service. Barely pick up the phone after 5 calls in a row. And unhelpful staff. I think this may be a scam and not part of ANZ bank. Hope this helps other

They don't appear to have anyone to answer the phone! So if you don't know the extension number of the person or dept that you wish to speak to, you are sunk. So pretty useless really.
