I returned a faulty car financed through Close Brothers, but they only refunded the deposit and kept all finance payments. The car was later sold at auction, yet they have refused to return the money, despite multiple requests.

My husband has been diagnosed with cancer, and we care for a disabled child. We informed their solicitor over a week ago, but still received no compassion or resolution.

The case is now in court. I strongly warn vulnerable families against using this company.

My experience of finalising my motor finance agreement was not the best, it took over 2 weeks of me repeatedly calling the team and ended with me being so stressed that I resorted to raising a complaint to get things sorted, and find the missing settlement monies.
Dawn on the complaints team was the only person took ownership of the situation, she resolved the complaint and found the settlement monies all within 24 hours. Thank you Dawn.

Absolutely amazing experience with Close Brothers from start to finish. The staff are kind, polite & seem to want to help their customers.

This is by far the best experience I've ever had involving a finance on a car or anything else fir that matter. Not once did I ever feel threatened by this company.

If your looking to finances a vehicle the Close Brothers Motor finance has to be one of the very best.

Great service from close Brothers all around.
I made an error on my behalf which left me in a bit of trouble but close Brothers were very understandable once my agreement had been paid off. Owen on the other end of the phone was able to put my mind at rest, he spoke to me on my level and was very easy to talk to. If I ever do get a car finance out in the future again I'll be pleased if it is with close Brothers.

Two motorcycles,
My van insurance and bike insurance,
In my Dads day finance was called the never never or buying on the drip,
I love my bikes and happy that never never actually means without i would never have got them at all
