I had a good experience with living in the property. I had no issues with the house and I enjoyed my tenancy in the time I lived in the property. Problems were solved easily and they were easily accessibly. The house was warm and safe.

Literally the most unorganised most disrespectful people on the planet so rude. Arranged to view a flat on Friday to which I was informed the agent would not be able to attend because he had another viewing? So what about my viewing? I have a job so was going to view at around half 5 to which their response was. We finish at 4.30 so theres nothing we can do... despite the fact I had already arranged a viewing for 5.30. When I phoned up to try and arrange a viewing the woman was completely unhelpful by telling me how busy she was all week, not that I was interested I obveously wanted to just view the flat, surely it cant be that difficult. Whoever is managing this company need to have a look at the members of staff they have employed as they clearly have no motivation to actually help people find places to live. Will not be contacting again, i'll spend my money elsewhere.
