Wayne from the management group has been absolutely fantastic. He's done an amazing job with much needed repairs and provided a great service - cant rate him highly enough! I had just moved in and there were repairs needed to the flat which Wayne happily came out, sorted and left in great shape - he answered all my questions, left the place looking better than new and was exceptional in providing so much support! Wayne even took the time to come back to make sure the job was done to a perfect standard.

I sold my property in 2023 and had to pay £500 retention to Blue Property in case of any extra charges become due from the service charge. I paid them August/September 2023, the flat sold October 2023 and they will not return my money. I get one excuse after another. Their accounts year end was March 2024 and we are one year on, still no money. I’ll be chasing them again today, let’s see what excuse I get this time. Do not pay them a retention if you sell a property they are managing.

Like most reviewers, I find their so-called 'service' absolutely disgraceful. Never provide certified accounts to support the alleged spend, staff are incredibly rude - actually arguing with you over the phone, never demonstrate any work has even been carried out. If I could give zero stars, or a minus figure, I would.

I had the pleasure of beings supported by Wayne who was exceptional when we suffered from Flooding, Parking issues and Security Risks. He went above and beyond to assist and demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine care throughout my experience. Unfortunately, the company overall fell far short of expectations. Issues with lack of communication and disorganisation, which are the first points in a long list. If it weren’t for Wayne my experience would have been entirely negative. They are the one bright spot in an otherwise poorly run organisation.

Our experience with Blue Property Management has been overwhelmingly negative. The yearly charges are extortionate and continue to increase annually without any clear justification. On top of this, we are frequently hit with additional payment requests throughout the year, making the overall costs exorbitant.

The quality of service provided is far from acceptable. Our residential area has a single small patch of grass that they are responsible for maintaining, yet this task is performed irregularly and inadequately. It's difficult to understand what we’re paying for when the work being done is so minimal.

To make matters worse, the invoices lack any real detail, leaving us completely in the dark about where our money is going. Transparency is non-existent, and we feel forced to pay for services that are neither tangible nor properly explained.

I would strongly advise Blue Property Management to reconsider their pricing model, improve the transparency of their billing, and deliver the quality of service that matches the charges they impose.
