I rented out a property with Woodhead Sharpes for a year, excellent service and value for money. The staff went above and beyond to explain every step, document any work needed and ensure costs were very reasonable.

Communication through email was very efficient, queries via phone were answered and dealt with rapidly, and all with a deep understanding of both the market and possible pitfalls. I felt fully informed at all times, and would highly recommend . I will be renting the property out with them again.

All at Woodheads were fantastic, they make everything easy. Even when quite extreme things happened because of a tenants behaviour nothing was a problem. Christa and Natalie were always forth coming with information, very proactive & answered my questions very quickly. I couldn't recommend them highly enough 😁

I occupied one of the properties being managed by Woodhead Property Management and I must state here that the service delivery has been excellent for 17months now. The team are prompt to respond to complaints, queries and enquiry. They are so efficient in delivering quality service to us. I remember we complained one day and one of the Directors needed to leave the office to come over to our apartment to address the issue, which is a distance away, I was so amazed. I can recommend their service to anyone anytime any day.
