I have nothing but positives to say about A C Lloyd. We heard so many horror stories of other developers but both the sales and site team at A C Lloyd have been excellent, helping our purchase process go through smoothly. There have been no hidden clauses or extra fees at all, the build quality is great, and they were very accommodating when our sale was delayed.

I was on a walk around the area of Oakley Grove yesterday and already own a property in the area. I went into the office located there to enquire about some of the properties as I was walking past. I wanted to see what’s still available and maybe get a leaflet or something.

I walk in, say good afternoon I would like to enquire about some properties. The lady working there looks at me up and down “we don’t have anything you’re looking for”.

What am I looking for? She quickly corrected herself by asking me oh yeah what is it you’re looking for then..

She was extremely rude and judged me for the clothes I was wearing since I was on a walk.

Safe to say I will be avoiding A.C. Lloyd from now on. Highly unprofessional.
