The AMB team have been fantastic at arranging an insurance policy on a complex property for me. A special mention to Vanessa whose level of due diligence was another level. Even when challenged on certain aspects of the protection with conflicting information from other brokers, she demonstrated that she had gone above and beyond and really knew the product inside out.
The whole AMB have been great from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to those who want proper protection, not just the cheapest available.

They were on site within hours of my initial phone call, they have dealt with the loss adjuster from Aviva on my behalf and have negotiated a full settlement of my claim within 7 days.

The whole process from start to finish has been dealt with in such a professional manner and the service has been unparalleled to any other broker or insurer I have dealt with in the past, especially at such a stressful time.

The disruption to my business has been minimal and it has provided me with confidence going forward should such an event happen again.
