Well... I definitely do not recommend this company, due to their lack of honesty and trustworthiness.

A few months ago, I posted on a local group asking for a good and trustworthy accountant to be suggested. In addition to this company being recommended, the company itself, more precisely Kieran Stocker, sent me a message offering his accounting services. After a phone call and a short conversation at the office to explain what he wanted and to get information about prices. We agreed to exchange a few emails where I should send a list of all the documents I would need. I sent an email with some questions that had come up in the meantime, but always mentioning that if it was necessary to make a payment for this period, he would let me know how much it would be. A week after the first email, I sent a message to see if he had received the email. He replied that he had and would get back to me the following day. Well, only 1 month and 1 week had passed. A disappointment, if you didn't want to accept my work or if you didn't have time, you would have been honest and told me right away in the meeting or you wouldn't have even offered your service.
Definitely a disappointment.

Kieran was clear with information and explained everything in a way that I could understand, providing me with several options to move forward, file my taxes and improve my accounting efficiency. As a former teacher I thought I could do my own accounts but I would now say to anybody running a business (of any size) that an expert is required and I would personally recommend Kieran and his team to anybody. As a newly established business, the accounts can seem very daunting, but Kieran very kindly answered all my questions and helped me understand the processes involved. This was all without any expectations that I was to become a paying customer. I had contacted several firms before Kieran and they all seemed more interested in my money than actually helping. I value Kieran very much for my business. He’s always on hand and sends me reminders when needed. I would recommend him to anyone.
