Refused to take my parcel at 5:20 twice in two days as they were doing till checks / cashing up. Very poor service. Don't waste your time going here.

Refused to take my parcel a few times now and I just get stupid excuses. "They guys on his break you'll have to come back".
Absolute shocking post office if you ask me. They are so rude.

Hate to complaint and give one star, but needed to. On four occasions been in this post office encountered the same male staff, says on the badge- counter manager Aaron. He’s not very polite and grumpy. Last time he was on the phone and we were in the queue, it’s ok to wait for a minute or two but cmon we were in the queue for ages, I came up to him calmly and I said I have to go (he knows we’re waiting) the impression I get is he is not keen to serve us. He didn’t apologise or no thank you, quite shocking his customer service, never met post office staff like him.

Great place. Very helpful
Often very long queues but you can eat sweets and chocolate as you stand in the queue that snakes around the store.

The often long wait is not because the staff are slow, well some of them are.... it's usually just that guys pop in to check out the hot blonde in post office.

Well worth the wait. 🙂
