We moved to Brays in 2024 because our then provider didn't seem as interested in our business and therefore wasn't interested in providing us with anything more than just their basic technical service. Like most growing business we just let it ride but we really should have looked for a more collaborative partner earlier.

We are a growing business, and what has been so refreshing is working with a team (Jamie in particular) that is not only highly up to date with what they do best, but has the energy to go above and beyond what is expected of a typical privately owned accoutancy practice. We have learned a lot!

We also outsource our payroll and vat return activity. Not only have they been very efficient in getting things done on time but they've actually uncovered quite a lot of errors from our previous accountant resulting on a return of overpayments. As a result we have also moved another business to Brays.

I'd highly recommend a call with this business. Not only do we trust them but they are a very likeable bunch too. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial business relationship.
