What a shower. Unhelpful, obstructive, difficult, ignorant and as unobliging as is possible to be. Zero morals an even less interest in customer / client care. They really should loose any official professional accreditation they may have acquired. Really appalling service and they show nil professionalism. I have never dealt with a worse letting / management company in all my time. Truly terrible. I have shared my case with the Property / Lettings Ombudsman service - just in case this has any clout.

Rude, uncaring, no morals. I had water coming through my ceiling by the bucket beneath a flat they manage and they expected me to take photos and email their maintenance with an explanation of what was going on. This is before they would send someone out. Why should it be me with a soaking carpet and bed be responsible for doing their job for them. Amanda is one to avoid. I've had ongoing issues with this for years and each time it's not their fault and they have denied there's a leak.

A standard service was provided during my tenancy which I was content with but I do not recommend using them if you would like your deposit back. £70 deducted for a dusty front door mat!
