I would highly recommend SHW Scott Theobold who designed a new entrance to our shop front and stair case to accommodate 3 newly converted 2 bedroom flats above our shop TONI&GUY Brighton . The process has been very professional and great communication from start to Finnish.

If there was an option to leave 0 stars I would! SHW took money from the residents for years, and did absolutely no maintenance around our complex. We got charged 40k for a care taker when no such person existed. No response to phone calls and emails. 5 account managers in 3 years, all totally ignoring any attempt at correspondence. Then SHW just decided to 'resign' and left us with an estate which looks terrible. No maintenance on buildings, gardens, anything in the 3 years I have been there.
Absolute fraudsters. And they are still at it in one of the estates near us. People are frustrated and fed up.
If we could afford to take them to court we would!

Thank you for the reply, you say you never charged for the caretaker, yet I have a budget document from yourselves where the 40k is included in the levy charge.
And what about the 51k management fee, 46k for upkeep to communal areas, 120k for garden services, 18k for the kids play area - all of which was most definitely not spent on any of the above! Our estate looks run down and neglected thanks to your mismanagement.

Had these sharks take over from another managing agent half way through a lease I had on some property above shops.
Absolutely extortionate fees when coming to exit and the Dilapidation report and so called costings were out of this world.
IF YOU SEE THIS COMPANY AND YOUR ABOUT TO SIGN A LEASE THAT INVOLVES THIS OUTFIT AS AGENTS BE PREPARED TO GET FLEECED ON EXIT…..YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Out of nowhere, this sham of a company is trying to back date for management fees for almost 3 years ago for work never done.
Also charging for items that we don't have I.e play area.
Don't pick up the phone or call back when details left.
