We finally got the keys for our place, after a long and protracted journey, all through which Damien and the folks at Jacobs Steel were great. From initial viewing and offer, etc, they were always super communicative, helpful, thoughtful and responsive. I was always kept in the loop about delays or any issues that came up (none any the fault of them, just the situation). Good review, well deserved.

The newly(ish) opened branch of JS in Hove, were during the COVID 19 crisis, most professional at all times. Especially, the agents marketing of my property, and their viewing handling, (with PPE and etc). Although, it wasn't until Richard Wetherall (the Sales Progressor), came and joined the party - as without him the sale would not have been effected. The government had initiated a Stamp Duty period of reduced rates, and as my property did not fall into this category for my buyers, we all thought it would never get over the line, as the solicitors were keen to exploit this avenue of revenue moreso. He was diligent, persistent and tenacious - at all times when assisting me with solicitors and the concomitant chain in the sale and purchase that needed to be finalised before the end of November 2021. This was ultimately realised, just - the bottle of French red is on the way Richard. Thank you ever so much for all that you have done, 34 years was a long time in my property, without you and Jacobs Steel, I would probably have stayed there for another 34 years, much to the chagrin of my wife!

I’ve recently sold my flat with Jacobs Steel. Damien, Harry and the team were incredible and I feel so lucky to have chosen them amongst so many other agencies in Brighton. As a designer working from home and anxious about the viewings disrupting my work etc.. they were so polite and respectful from the beginning. Once I had an offer they assisted me all the way throughout the process. Damien was always on top of things and if he wasn’t for him I would have given up!
