The person who called me back didn't say their name and spoke in a rude and disrespectful way. They also promised to call me again but never did. Very bad service!!

Whoever returned my call (he didn't introduce himself which is a shame as I don't want to be offending other people working for the company) was very arrogant and condescending. And afterwards, didn't have enough courtesy to ring me back, as promised. Terrible service.
