In 2020 my partner and I decided to start our journey to buying our first home. Being first time buyers, we were very overwhelmed with how to start the process of finding a mortgage. What was our affordability? Where do we even start? We had previously been scare mongered by a different broker who made us feel deflated and anxious. Naturally, after this encounter we were apprehensive to approach another company. We were recommended to M&MM where we were put in touch with Oliver Dulson. From the first initial conversation, we were reassured and clear communication was always given throughout which we valued greatly. Olly encouraged us to ask questions and to not worry about asking the same questions over and over again, regardless of how silly we sometimes felt the questions were. Olly broke down all the jargon in a way we understood, and gave us lots of options and explained each one when looking for a suitable product for us.

We had a few curveballs thrown our way during our journey, however, Olly guided us as we navigated around them.
We found our house in Nov 2024 and completed in March 2025. We can not thank Olly and the whole team at M&MM enough for your patience, guidance and professionalism throughout this experience.
