Really quick and easy process. Very polite and courteous man greeted us, took our items and took about 5 mins to appraise and make us an offer. We accepted this and filled in the forms etc. Hassle free, no obligation to sell, no pressure. 5 star service. If needed, would use again. Definitely recommended. Thanks prestige.

Simple process, such a lovely team…
The team at the Weybridge branch specifically Nigel were simply fantastic.

I was so apprehensive about the loan process but Nigel was so patient and took the time to explain everything so clearly and made me feel so at ease.

The process was simple and I received my loan within an hour of leaving the branch. It was seamless and just so easy. I felt my precious items would be looked after well and felt so comfortable and relaxed when I left.

Nigel was a great help to us. We had some coins to scrap - Nigel confirmed quickly that they were silver, and gave us a good price. Would definitely use in future. Also had a nice cup of coffee! 🙂

One of the worst pawn brokers on the market. Pls be aware of these scammers as the interest they charge you monthly and told u when u take contact is a completely false. Whatever we think they are charging as per contract they are completely opposite. Pls be aware of these scammers. Specially they got a manager there name ALINA one of the worst managers I have came across with zero Coustomer services skill she’s rude and very disrespectful when someone comes and take an items early to save interest. Pls stay away from these people.
