Mark Harvey and Fuller Spurling were recommended to me about 20 years ago by a friend who had used multiple different accountants previously before sticking with Mark.
In 20 years I've had no problems at all, only good. I'm kept up to date with news letters, receive reminders about my own deadlines. Whoever you speak to in the office, they are always friendly and helpful. More importantly my issues are always solved very quickly - no waiting around days for emails. First class service, always.

Unprofessional company.

Charges £200 to an existing customer as a ‘’goodwill gesture’’ for a phone call made over a full YEAR after this was initially queried after I had paid a sum of money for previous work.

They insisted this was not a duplicate charge and when I called to query this I was told I would receive a call back, which I never did.

A year later I was sent an invoice and told by Sue that Mark Harvey attempted to make contact with me but all I can say is I certainly don’t believe he tried very hard. I don’t recall receiving any phone call, text or email from him.

When I called to make this payment and tell them I will be taking my business elsewhere I was just told ‘I can see why you think that way’. Couldn’t care less about keeping me as customer.

Only pick up the phone to these guys if you want a massive bill. 💰

They're switched on, efficient, friendly and helpful.

Are they the cheapest accountant available? Probably not, but they're well worth what they charge - thoroughly recommended.
