I went into this post office about a year ago and was quite taken aback by how rudely I was spoken to by the lady who had previously been really nice very chatty and pleasant . I was rudely asked how long I would be taking to browse and then thinking that I was holding them up because they wanted to close ,I apologised and said I didn't realise they closed so early . I was then told that her husband needed to take someone to the airport. And they were in a rush. It's a real shame that they treated a customer so shoddily as there are quite a few shops in my local area and I really liked popping into that one on my way home from work, as its very convenient to park ,grab something quickly and go. But I'd rather go the extra mile and pop into the Asda garage where the staff are always happy, smiling and polite .

Very friendly and efficiently run Post Office. Even though I am actually nearer to Chertsey Post Office I always use Thorpe as it is a much more pleasant experience, plus the fact that you can park outside and the shop is excellent.
