I have always found the Walton branch to be warm and welcoming. Fantastic location with lots of short stay parking spaces.
The team are exactly that, they work together and support each other’s roles in an effort to provide a prompt service.

I visited the NatWest Bank branch in Walton and was warmly welcomed by the staff. A lovely teller Jenny was enormously sweet and helpful. Thank you for your professionalism.

NatWest closed the Weybridge branch, forcing you to drive to Walton-on-Thames. There is very limited parking near the branch, so you need to get paid parking. There is then a long queue. Manager and staff seem to have given up providing good service. Need to change banks ...

Every time i have to wait for 25 minutes to be served. And its only because one person is helping customers meanwhile someone else is sitting in the back.and the worst customer service medal goes to the hijab girl that works there and i guess her name starts with S

Absolutely appalling. My 83 year old mother travelled some distance in a cab to the branch because she had a fraud on her account. The man she spoke to refused to help her in any way because she didn't have her passport with her, despite her having all her bank cards and other forms of ID. He was rude and unfriendly and she came away in tears. Shameful customer service.

Ridiculous opening hours, especially if you work a normal job. Queues are very long no matter what time you go. Most queries I make I am simply told to call or use the app, makes me wonder why they’re still open if they can’t help. I’d rather invest my money with a bank that values customers over profits as all the other local branches are appalling also.

the worst service I've ever seen!!! complete ignoramuses and lazybones. terrible queues and only two cashiers and no one else in sight! there's no one you can ask about other things related to your account, just a disaster!!! the worst branch I've ever been to!

In branch today, witnessed member of staff , having a go at another member of staff on till, as she had sent a customer to her and she was already dealing with someone. The cue for till had 4 people. The till lady was obviously put out but didn't want to make a fuss, apparently customer wanted something that she was not ofae with. Not good behaviour in front of customers. And went I got to till only one cash machine was working so I had to wait whilst other cashier counted what looked to be around £30,000.00 .
