I found Bigmore Will Writing exceptional. Their service is second to none.
Firstly, our initial meeting with Luke with regards to updating my mums will and drafting her LPA was very well conducted. Luke was incredibly professional, wholly respectful, entirely knowledgeable and gave us sound advice, which was communicated clearly.
We then liaised with Valerie going forwards who was a delight. Again, exceptional service, replies in a timely manner, communication clear and I felt I wasn’t just a number or client, instead Valerie made me feel valued and important.
The whole process was faultless. Such a pleasure having this kind of experience, especially for something as sensitive as Wills and LPA’s. Thank you so much Luke and Valerie.

Bigmore Wills and Probate have given my Mum and myself a 5* service - Luke came to Mum's house to discuss her Will (Mum is 91 with poor mobility) and LPAs, and couldn't have been more obliging and friendly. The Will itself was sent to Mum within a couple of days and is very straightforward, the LPAs have been registered and Luke reassured us that if we do need any help with Probate when the time comes he will be able to support us. I would recommend them 100% (and have done on Facebook actually!) Thank you Bigmore - you're fab!

I cannot recommend Bigmore Wills and Probate highly enough. The issues surrounding death are never easy to either discuss or deal with, but both Luke and Valerie's dealings with my Father were always caring and empathetic. They explained things in a way which made it easy for him to comprehend and nothing was too much trouble for them. 10/10!!

Luke at Bigmore Will Writing struck me as extremely sensitive and professional right from the first phone call I had with him to discuss my will requirements. Luke was extremely prompt in progressing things along, despite many hold ups and complications along the way, all of which he dealt with swiftly. Luke was also great at explaining all of the options to my husband and I so that we could make an informed choice about what the best option for us would be. I can highly recommend Bigmore Will Writing for an extremely professional and friendly service - sorting out your will isn’t an easy task and at times can be uncomfortable and difficult to think about, but Luke made the whole process a lot easier and very smooth.
