Not a great experience, we purchased.our first property with Watson Ramsbottom. Emails were rudely addressed, we were quoted an amount for our fees only to be told we had to pay £300 more than quoted after completion. I was then contacted by Watson Ramsbottom 10 MONTHS after purchasing the property asking for £280 ground rent, It should only have been £20 per year! There were late payment fees and additional VAT fees plus administration fees, how can we owe £280 if we haven't even been there 12 months yet and Watson Ramsbottom havent passed on our details to the landlord? This is currently still in dispute. Unhappy with the whole process from start to finish, ESPECIALLY being contacted for more money after 10 months living in the property.
