We were very nervous of changing to a new booking system having been using the same system for nearly 8 years. We’re still very much novices at using the system but Adam has been there every step of the way.. we’re not very savvy with systems and Adam is extremely knowledgeable. He’s also very patient and not once have we felt a nuisance to him. The main reason we have changed was support, and then improve direct bookings which we will monitor..
Nice to have that support English speaking and understands our business.

I own three business, Wayfarers Caravan Park, The Flying Duck Bistro and Wayfarers Inn. My previous Website was failing and was not able to enhance new services. Adam was fantastic in designing a new modern system that connects all the businesses together. He has connect third party services to my new booking system which will reduce the effect to manage and reduce the risk of double bookings. We have upgraded our email system alongside the new Website. We are so excited about the Bistro Booking system that we hope to drive more trade and reduce the requirement to chase customers for pre event food orders. I highly recommend Adam and team.
