We had CCTV fitted this week from iFacility we had 2 engineers Roy and Jay they have been FANTASTIC. Very professional and understanding when we needed them to break/move due to being busy. They were very friendly and got on with the team (who were sad to see them go today). Would definitely recommend and if you get these 2 gentlemen you won't be disappointed. Thank you both for installation and being helpful and understanding of our needs while working in a small establishment. These 2 are truly a credit to your company

Have had our business intruder alarm serviced by iFacility for the last 5 years and after a uplift in attempted breaks-ins, they have provided us with a HD IP CCTV system into our retail premises In January this year. I have always been happy with the service at ifacility and the pictures on our new CCTV installation, compared to our old analogue system are amazing.

After multiple burglaries and thefts from our farm we found ifacility on google.

We got in touch thinking no security company would be able to help fully as the field in question has no power. However they’ve helped us get 24 hour live CCTV monitoring of our field and animals to their alarm response centre in Somerset via 3G internet - all powered by battery and solar panel powered cameras and some very technical but 100% effective 'virtual trip wires'.

They were even able to install a speaker that connects to their monitoring station in Somerset to almost instantly warn any intruders that they are being watched.

Brilliant service, great bunch of guys and prices were very reasonable for what we had considered to be the impossible.
