Great tenant experience. Brick Management were our property managers for nearly five years. Their communication is prompt, professional, and friendly, and they make good use of technology to smooth processes. Contractor work was of high quality and Brick held them accountable when needed. Adam Peacock, in particular, stands out for exceptional customer service. In an industry often criticized for poor service and communication, Brick Management are outstanding. Really impressed with Brick Management and Lettings. We took them on as our Letting Agent recently, Moving across to them following an unproductive 4 months with another agency.

Within 24hrs of the keys being handed over, they secured a tenant. The team are very informative and efficient, and communication at all times has been outstanding. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for a UK letting agent whilst living overseas.

My review is specifically for Adam who has been amazing from start to finish for the 12 months of my tenancy. Adam is professional, conscientious and had a great manner. He was approachable and caring - he understand that issues in a persons home can seem personal and was always kind and reassuring. Adam communicated well and always completed tasks and answered queries thoroughly and quickly. He was incredible to deal with and went above and beyond even taking calls, answering emails and arranging contractors outside of business hours! Adam is truly an asset to the company.

I’ve had such a great experience with Brick Management and Lettings.
