Matt, of Wise Insurance was very patient and thorough in my initial meeting he conducted for about 20 of us who expressed interest in hearing about our Medicare options. He met with me on a separate day to go over the information I already had, and then he helped to sign me up. He’s prompt at getting back to me when I have a question and is ever patient when I need clarification. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer friends to Matt.

Vinh is excellent! He takes his time to listen to what I need for my mother insurance needs. He is very experienced. He compares different plan to the doctors she needs to see . He works very patient to check doctors, hospitals, Urgent care in each plan and their network making sure my mother health care needs are covered. He finished her application nearly in one phone call. Afterwards, he also followed up with the documents The Marketplace requires. He is not like those agent once sell you the policy you can’t find them anymore. I highly recommend him to all your insurance needs.
