I visited the Ilkley branch this morning and was served by a very helpful member of staff. Whilst I was being dealt with, Bianca took the time to come over and ask after my grandma who is currently poorly. It’s lovely in this day and age for a family to be remembered and for the staff to have a genuine care for their customers. Thank you to the Ilkley team for being so thoughtful.
