I have been a tenant of LJF for 9 years, Laura is extremely professional, she always keeps us up to date with everything, even when she’s ‘out of office’ we are sent alternative numbers for emergencies.
Should I ever have any problems I know that they will be dealt with immediately, Laura goes above and beyond and I wouldn’t rent with anyone else.

As a tenant, I can't praise Laura's company highly enough. I've been so impressed by the way I've been dealt with from the outset - Laura has made what can be quite a difficult process quite painless, with her efficient, prompt management of all the paperwork. Her warm professionalism inspires huge confidence. She clearly cares deeply about both her tenants & landlords & has a team of brilliant staff supporting her. I was particularly impressed recently with how quickly a minor plumbing issue was sorted out within hours of reporting it. Courteous, respectful & brilliant at comm nicariing promptly - what more could you ask?!
