She went far and beyond to make sure I settled well in my new home. I felt really looked after and safe, especially that I had to move houses during lockdown. Natalie made sure the whole process went smoothly and rapidly. She also helped me to liaise with lawyers and a developer who was not always the easiest to deal with.
