This is the worst post office I ever dealt with. Their system is horrendous, always down. One person at the counter to deal with a large queue of people, while the other counters for "Morrison" are virtually empty. Have to wait in the queue even if you are just picking up an Amazon parcel! Don't use this Post office for your sanity, it is an absolute mess.

I walked in there a couple of days ago, while it's now hit and miss how bad it is I didn't expect the post office counters to be closed and using the grocery counter as a make-shift. Massive queue with both types of customer, walked out and went to a proper post office for my tracked item needs.

I'm very disappointed. I went there on Tuesday with big box to send and at 5.03pm in post office window had information that the post area was closed. I asked the lady why was it closed because on website it says it is open till 5.30pm. She looked at me wierd and said something about how it's not open in the week days. What I can say. It's getting worse.

Working hours are just not consistent enough. They keep being closed unexpectedly. Not having enough staff so they shut for lunch time(not stated on their opening hours), but between 12 and 2 is surprisingly when most people are able to get off from work and nip to the post office. I appreciate it can happen when someone calls in sick but it's happened at least 3 times over the past few months, on non consecutive occurrences.

I go to Longsands Post Office now as although it's smaller with a till in a shop, I can count on them to be there and take my business. Also shorter queues.

Went to post two parcels today at 16.45 in which it closes at 17.30. However it was closed for no reason and staff member was quite blunt. I wasted my time coming down here , which has really disappointed me

Got there at 17:05 and was told that it’s closed. When I mentioned that website says 17:30, I was completely ignored and the just cashier walked away… Judging by other reviews this is normal in there, completely disrespectful for other people time.

Georgina has been extremely rude towards all the customers that's been waiting to be served she had closed the post office 15 minutes before the closing time and the closing time was 5:30pm according to Google she was refusing to serve me because apparently she don't get paid enough to do her job! I would highly recommend anyone to stay away from her stinking attitude!! Morrison you need to do more training on your staff on customer services!!!!!!!

Looks like working hours are optional for some. I was inside the shop at 5:05 and I’m told that is closed despite that the closing time should be 5:30.
