The agent is not as big as the ones with offices in the city center, but the lady who works here is very patient and super helpful in my experience of viewing, agreement signing and moving in. She helped me a lot with everything. I would definitely recommend the agent to other people who is going to find a place to rent in Lancaster.

Great house with huge rooms full of natural light, large communal space and plenty of storage. Bonnie was always on it with repairs, maintenance, cleaning, bills and all. Had a great, worry free 2 years and a bit in one of their houses. Would 10/10 recommend.

Amazing services and properties managed by FAT properties. I want to give a special shout out to Bonnie, our letting agent. From day 1, she has been super accomodating, approachable, kind and helpful. My move from foreign country became far less daunting, thanks to her and the amazing services of FAT properties. Unfortunately I have to move out because of work or else I would have loved to continue staying at this property.

FAT properties houses are all lovely houses that don't feel like student housing, more like a home. Bonnie has communicated with us excellently and was lovely at our showing. She even went out of her way to get my bag for me after I left it behind in the house. The process is long and complicated but with FAT properties it didn't feel like it.
