My experience was NOT good, the insolvency manager was impolite, awkward to deal with, accusatory and refused to provide information in a concise or logical format. Whilst I was not happy to have to use an Insolvency Practitioner at all, this manager managed to make it worse.
I suggest you try elsewhere.
