Zoe was great at communicating every detail with us, which made us feel at ease, knowing where we stood in terms of the process. Zoe was also fantastic at liaising with our solicitor and the sellers to get the process done as quickly as possible.

Efficient Professional Innovative Client Orientated
We sold our home through Preston Baker and the Sales Team Zoe and Olivia were very efficient. Their efforts and the fabulous photographs produced by Andrew resulted in us recieving an offer of over the asking within 1 day of the viewings.
The credit for taking the sale to Exchange of Contracts in 6 weeks and Completion in 10 weeks goes to Laura Hewitt the Progression Manager. Laura did a fantastic job by forming good relationships with us, our Buyers and the two solicitors so any issues were communicated and dealt with extremely efficiently. We cannot praise Laura highly enough as she was instrumental in making the whole process go incredibly smoothly.
We would recommend Preston Baker and particularly Laura to anyone wishing to sell their home.
