Compliance Office have been one of the most incredible people we have ever worked with. We applied for authorisation as an ABS and they provided clear terms, advice and continuous support to us from day 1. They guided us every step of the way, explained everything in plain language and ensured that any hurdles we faced could be addressed. We also had some personal issues that lead to us temporarily pausing the process but they were always accommodating and responsive when we were able to get back into it. The SRA had some concerns about our ability to fulfil the COFA and COLP roles due to not having owned or run a law firm before as SRA managers, but all of those were adequately dealt with by Compliance and we were given amazing template policies on virtually anything you can imagine that we were able to customise and use to address any SRA concerns. We received our authorisation within 3.5 months of the application and since then we continue to receive support and guidance from them, not to mention you get access to a compliance resource platform which has amazing online training modules and templates that have also made us feel a lot more confident in running a law firm properly. We cannot thank them or recommend them enough. Big shout out to Darran for his work and patience with us! Don't look anywhere else if you are looking to set up a new law firm.

I instructed Compliance office when I was setting up our solicitors practice. I loved that a number of people there used to work with the SRA and so understood the process to be gone through very well from both sides.
