What a fantastic team at Love Property. Right from the start I knew they would be there for us and do their utmost to get us the best buyer. Laura and her team are second to none with their help and advice and professionalism.

They ensured our unusual house was presented brilliantly and attracted lots of interested parties. Negotiations and viewings were all handled by the team and sales progression was excellent. They kept the whole process moving until completion. In comparison the agents handling our purchase were very disappointing to deal with and so I would totally recommend Love Property.

As we Exchange on our property purchase & sale today, I just wanted to reflect and share our appreciation and gratitude for the fantastic work that Love Property (Catterick) gave on our behalf.
From the initial meeting, they made us feel very comfortable with the whole process, guiding us through those early days.
The photography and drone filming were spectacular, never seen such quality before!
The brochure and online marketing content was superb and once we secured our buyer, the continuous Sales Progression support was relentless and so re-assuring to have (thanks Nicole)

From the moment Laura explained the company philosophy, just 3 month ago, to the moment the sale of our cottage was complete, we had nothing but excellent service from the entire team. The property sales team were well briefed and conducted the viewings honestly and efficiently, with detailed, regular feedback. Once we had accepted an offer, Sales Progression took over and liaised with us, the buyer and the solicitors. Any hiccup was dealt with calmly and skilfully, making sure both parties were in the loop and happy.
