When confronted with issues, Robby attempts to deflect responsibility. All four directors consistently fail to take accountability for errors. There appears to be a concerning network of local accountants protecting each other's interests rather than serving their clients.
Based on our experience, we strongly advise caution - your business interests are not their priority. We are pursuing all available channels to address their misconduct and believe this firm requires formal investigation.

Another serious concern about Berlins Accountancy that needs addressing is their complete disregard for client confidentiality. When I raised complaints about their service, I discovered they had been discussing my business details with other accountants in their network. This is a clear breach of professional confidentiality and data protection principles.
Rather than handling complaints professionally and privately, they appear to share client information amongst themselves, making it impossible to get fair treatment when issues arise. When confronted about this breach of confidentiality, they became defensive rather than addressing the concern.
As a business owner, I expect my company's financial information to be treated with strict confidence. This casual sharing of sensitive information between associated accountants is not only unprofessional but potentially violates data protection regulations.
Combined with their discriminatory attitudes towards women in business, poor service, and inability to meet deadlines, their lack of confidentiality makes them a firm to avoid. Businesses deserve better than this unprofessional and potentially illegal handling of private information
