The time I have spent with Edgar has been very worth-while and I have learnt so much. I did not have much confidence with social media, but this has grown. I have a better understanding on which hash tags to use, how to present all the photographs of my baked goods and how and when to post using different apps.

I did not have any understanding of CRM systems, but Edgar has introduced me to Hubspot and I plan to learn more over the coming months and start using it. We also explored how to produce a profit and loss and the basics behind it; I am slowly getting the hang of it!

Edgar also helped me to organise my time for effectively through the use of a default schedule, which I plan to use more often!
