Novus was meant to be doing some paint work on our property, they don't do their job properly and are very slow at doing it. Also they just sit in their car most of the time. I've been seeing them outside my house over the past two weeks now. Always find them on their phone or listening to music and just passing time. They don't look professional at all.

. Novus solutions painted my balcony (with partnership with Citizen) and it was agreed that I will be not in but they will use the ladder to get into balcony . They have ruined my balcony furniture but I was also reimbursed for it too... Wish it would never t have happened but it's one of those things

'High quality solutions since 1897'? How the hell have you lasted that long? The experience that me and my girlfriend have had in dealing with this company has been appalling - never have I encountered such amateurish service or such laughable quality control.

Didn’t pay me for the work I have done for them.
Came back from my fitting to the office paper work has been ripped out my hand and few days after that I have been told I am missing number from it on my form , my supervisor has told me he will fill it in and I will get pay, he never did it.

I wouldn't even recommend this company i left yesterday as they told me to leave as I was to good for there company I was over qualified for them what a joke!!! My work was good 👍 but there service was not.
