What an experience, I asked for an envelope to pack up my broken, unused and to small silver. I never expected much so posted off on the Thursday and by the Friday morning they came back with an offer, I was amazed at how much I was offered I never hesitated to accept, once I had accepted the money was in my bank within the hour. I will deffinately use these again if I decide to sort anymore out, very quick and I think it was a fair price

Both myself and my wife went here to sell our scrap gold. We were looked after by Lucy from start to finish. She checked everything in front of us and was very quick and efficient but took time to tell us how the process worked and in no time at all the items were sorted a price offered to us which got deposited in our bank in a couple of minutes.
All in all an easy pleasant transaction.👍
