Honestly these incompetent people don't even deserve a 1 star. This place is a circus run by clowns and not the funny happy type, they are the type you see in your nightmares. Fair warning if you want to have a horrible unprofessional experience give these guys a call but if you want to learn from other people's mistakes and avoid regret stay away from these baboons.
Someone really needs to do a enquiry on these guys day to day practice, I honestly don't think they are legitimate

bunch of crooks is an under statement, after being let down by another agent used CBS properties, shocking level of service ,nyc enough when signing me up as a landlord afterwards they couldn't care less. making up repair issues and not passing on rent increases seems normal. keep away do not use them

I lived long time in Glovers Road in this agent belonging property,they are very kind and friendly people and them houses cheaper than others.
