Lived together with my flatmate in one of LV properties in prestigious location for over 1 year. They always ignored my emails and calls, very hard to contact them. The price of the flat is overrated. There was even black mould in the flat which we reported but no one ever did anything about it. Overall apartment needed a lot of maintenance works especially for the price.
