Property Doctors have helped a lot in the past. With Harvey’s help as a landlord, my experience was that he used the best quality fixtures and fittings inside the properties and any problem was dealt within hours. Unlike many landlords these days, Harvey has gone above and beyond to make sure that the people living in the properties are actually having a positive experience, he cares a lot about the peoples welfare, something that is very rare in my experience. I highly recommend Property Doctors for anybody in any situation looking to rent with no hassle in this market.

There are no downsides to being a tenant at one of the Property Doctors properties. Harvey is always a phone call away if any issues arise, and they get fixed as soon as possible with no hassle.

In the past I have used Harvey as a business consultant and his mentoring ability and hands on approach has certainly accelerated the growth of my business.
I knew that Harvey was doing more and more property stuff and approached him to guide me through purchasing an investment property. He went through in detail some of the things he was doing and I was very impressed with the numbers and asked him to help me purchase a property. He sourced me a great property and guided me step by step to go through the purchase.
He then rented the property from me to run as serviced accommodation which he did so, successfully for a couple of years and then when I needed the property back he handed it to me, in a condition better than when I purchased it.

I was in a very difficult situation where the property, location and chance of finding a suitable buyer were all against me. I was very fortunate to have the services of Harvey and Property Doctors.
