Bridgfords Yarm provided a very professional service when my Mam purchased her new home through them in January 2024. The communication was regular and helpful and we felt the purchase was progressed smoothly without any unnecessary delays.They took on board any issues we had and acted very fairly between us and the vendors. We felt they tried their very best for both parties at all times. Our only complaint would be regarding Bridgford’s recommendation of which firm of Solicitors to use to handle the conveyancing; the Solicitors’ communication was below standard and the explanation of fees was unsatisfactory at best. Lastly, we would like to give special mention to Natalie at Bridgfords. She is professional, responsive and extremely capable but, more importantly, patient and reassuring which was so appreciated by my near 80 year-old Mum for whom this process was quite daunting. When first putting my house on the market both Bridgfords and another agent gave prices.
I went with the other agent whose price was higher. (Greedy)
After a year with only two viewings and being assured my asking price was correct I returned to Bridgfords to reassess the situation.
