I lived in one of the Haddon managed properties. We paid £100 roughly per month for management fees. The lift never worked. The building looks like it did back when it was built. Horrible yellow and brown paintwork and doors. Old fashioned. And an alarm went off for just short of 3 days solid, no one answered any phone calls, or called us back or even acknowledged the problem let alone tried to fix it.
