Unfortunately I can only leave a bad review and say that I have never received or even heard of service this bad from any estate agent. I would never chose to use them to sell my property. However, I was buying so didn't get a choice. The communication was poor throughout the purchase and didn't give a feeling of confidence at any stage. The proactivity of the agent seemed nonexistent and answers were only forthcoming after a lot of chasing, but it was very much like getting blood from a stone! The agent left the company in the middle of the process and told me who I was being handed over to, but I never received a single comms from them; and this was only news to me two hours before she finished the employment. From then on we had to chase the boss for every scrap of info, but again there was no proactivity from her. The task of coordination of vendor, buyer, and solicitors for each had to be carried out by my wife (surely not our job?), even to the degree that an exchange date was agreed by the agent and vendor, but not shared with us or our solicitor. On the day we picked up the keys there was a distinct feeling that they wanted us out of there asap. All in all a horrendous experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
