Called to enquire about a property and spoke to Carly. She emailed me a list of questions to which I spent time filling out and emailed back straightaway. I didn't hear anything for a few days so sent a message to follow up and received absolutely no reply. I then saw the property In question had been let. I received no reply and not even a courtesy email to advise it had been let. The lack of communication and common decency combined with poor customer service makes me thankful we didn't rent through this agency.
